At Nourison Home, I served as a Graphic Designer III, responsible for creating digital and print advertising materials for the brand. In the digital marketing sector, I developed email marketing campaigns and both static and animated social media posts, following the creative direction, briefing, and branding guidelines. My focus in digital marketing was on results and conversion — I successfully increased e-commerce email traffic and views by approximately 43% and improved the click-through rate (CTR) to 78% by applying layout techniques optimized for heat map insights and the readers' visual guidance toward CTAs.
AI Integration
My work involved creating several AI-generated images to optimize scene production, eliminating the direct need for photography or set builds by the photography and 3D teams. Some of these pieces received such high praise that the company decided to adopt AI-generated content for certain materials in order to improve workflow efficiency and accelerate the development and design teams' production speed. All images were created using Midjourney and Nano Banana Pro using flat images of rugs from Nourison Home and Nourison Hospitality collection and custom prompts made with the help and enhancement of ChatGPT and Deepseek.
E-mail Marketing
All emails were created entirely in Adobe Photoshop, following the task briefing and using images and icons consistent with the quality standards and specifications of each carpet or accessory. Many of my email designs were based on high-conversion principles, utilizing AI models such as Claude and Krea to create pre-layouts that achieve high conversion rates while adhering to the brand's visual identity. Once approved, I assembled the emails for distribution using HubSpot CRM — implementing alt text, links, and custom HTML for CTAs and menus. I performed this work in close collaboration with the Traffic Manager, with both of us focused on ensuring optimal adaptation for web and mobile, as well as for light and dark mode.
Social Media
Across all LinkedIn posts I produced, content simplification proved crucial to engaging the B2B audience, fostering client relationships, boosting engagement (reactions and reach), and attracting comments from industry experts and prospective partners. Thanks to the success of one of my posts, we launched a paid ad campaign for a specific collection, which successfully drove traffic to the website and resulted in a 300% increase in browsing sessions. This campaign generated 10,299 leads at a cost of $9 USD per lead, achieving a 46% lead-to-sales conversion rate and delivering 4,738 product sales.
Graphic Design and Editorial Design
A significant portion of my work involved creating and editing sales catalogs for print, intended for distribution in business meetings and direct mailings to members of the Nourison Home loyalty program. I was responsible for designing, editing, and finalizing print-ready layouts. I also collaborated closely with the Senior Designer and the Marketing Team's Task Manager on detailed reviews and refinements.
I executed all catalog production using Adobe InDesign. My process began with counting the number of rugs per collection and adjusting the layout accordingly — adapting pages to be mathematically optimized for print. The entire layout started with gray placeholder blocks and text following the brand's visual style guide. Then, I inserted the necessary copy and images into each corresponding block. Many of the images used in these catalogs were created by combining photography, 3D rendering, and AI to achieve realistic and convincing scene results. Finally, I used Salsify to cross-check product information and finalize each product's specifications.
Website and Digital Marketing
My work in creating digital marketing assets extended across multiple formats — from banners for partner websites, digital magazines, and e-brochures to, of course, updating the Nourison Home website. This included designing banners and modules for product promotions and featured product placements.
Video and Animation
Although it wasn't my primary focus, my work also included creating ads and short videos featuring animations and transitions. These pieces were produced using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere, alongside Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation — all seamlessly integrated into the final animation.
Video footage was generated using artificial intelligence tools such as Veo and Runway, which provided the raw takes. These were then edited and refined in After Effects and Premiere to achieve the desired final result.
